inaugural post

A blog must justify it's existence and the purpose of this blog is mostly to motivate me to workout and eat better.  Today is Saturday, August 30th, 2014.  I'm in Winnipeg right now, the murder capital of Canada, and dying to go for a run but hoping not to die when I do so.  I think I'm in a bad area.  I guess once the sun comes out and all the zombies and or crack cocaine addicts are off the streets I will go for a run.  Around 5:30?  6:30?

I just did some girl push ups and sit ups.  Not many to be frank.  I didn't quite keep track of how many.  I definitely still want to go for that run.  Hopefully it's not crowded as hell on the plane again.  I'm not sure how far I will run.  5k maybe?  The other question is what should I eat at the free continental breakfast this morning?  I guess I will be eating post run.  I'll have to stay away from any sugary stuff, like orange juice or jam.  I'll probably eat a bagel with peanut butter, two hard boiled eggs, two bowls of bran flakes with milk and a glass of milk.  How does that sound?  So long as I run.  If I don't run I'm fasting until Edmonton.  But I will run.  I can't wait to run.  I ran like 3 or 4 days ago and it was awesome.  I was pretty beat after though!  Took me a couple days to recover.  Maybe some of that weird bacon they have.  I think it's ready crisp.  No.  I'm saying no to the bacon.  I love bacon but frankly that stuff was just bizarre.  Tasty but bizarre.  I don't trust it.  I'll also eat one of each fruit.

That's all for today workout journal.  Hopefully I write in you several times a day and write everything I consume!  I wonder if it's safe to go for my run yet at 2:00 am.   I will probably keep drinking black coffee and water until my run.  Well I guess I'll stop like 30 minutes to 1 hour before my run so that I don't have to pee while running.


update to breakfast plan :
i will have at least 3 or 4 small glasses of milk.  no yoghurt, too much sugar!
