breakfast

for breakfast i had an apple, a bowl of cereal (raisin bran with milk) and a bagel w/ cream cheese.  i feel decently full.  i also saved an orange for later.  so far I've ran twice today for brief periods of time (i estimate 3 km in total based on google maps analysis) and did some sit ups and girl push ups (not many).  running is the best!  so much fun.  such a nice challenge.  i might try some water sprints too.... not today probably though.
