Ate oats with blueberries almonds pomegranate and milk for breakfast. Greek salad for lunch. Stole a potato wedge. I want to eat more but I don't know if I will. I am craving meat.
I guess I will abstain until I get home then eat some frozen salmon and steamed veggies. What about tomorrow? Maybe eggs for breakfast. Eggs and steamed veggies? Eggs and oats? Just oats? Eggs and nuts and fruit? Eggs and smoothie! Or even just smoothie. I will have a fruit and kale smoothie and bring it to argyll. Salmon and veggies tonight.
Ate the salmon and veggies for dinner. Added some hummus to the veggies and drank 1 and 1/4 glasses of milk as well. Actually have yet to eat the salmon just had the zucchini and broccoli. added a little salt and pepper to it. steaming is awesome! quick and no mess. healthy. im steaming all my veggies.
