Last night I had 1.25 glasses of milk two salmon fillets and some steamed veggies.  Also some salted cashews and a banana.


Thus morning was oats with pomegranate almond milk banana and strawberry.

Also smoothie with milk kale strawberry banana and pomegranate.


Walked 5 km

Drank two tea.



Ate also salmon filet rice and veggies at casino.  Feeling pretty full.
